1) Income tax certificates can be viewed only for Home Loan / Education Loan Accounts.
2) Statements for the current financial year can be accessed for Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / Education Loan or Auto Loan accounts till the last day of the previous month through your correct Email ID as per Bank records.
3) In case the records are not updated, kindly download the form from the download section and get in touch with the nearest Retail Asset Center for correct updation of Loan Account Number or CUSTOMER ID in bank records.

Please note that data will not be available for download between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
